Chestnut Avenue <br />Santa Ana, CA 92701 <br />APPROVED <br />Minutes <br />SANTA ANA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT / CITY OF SANTA ANA COUNCIL <br />JOINT POLICY MEETING <br />June 11, 2018 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Santa Ana Unified School District (SAUSD) Board President Amezcua called the meeting <br />to order at 5:48 p.m. Other Board member in attendance was Mr. Palacio. SAUSD Cabinet <br />members present were Dr. Phillips, Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Jimenez, Deputy <br />Superintendent, Educational Services, Dr. Heatley, Deputy Superintendent, Administrative <br />Services, and Mr. Williams, Assistant Superintendent, Facilities and Governmental Relations. <br />City of Santa Ana Council members present were Mr. Benavides, Mr. Tinajero, and Mr. <br />Villegas. City staff members present were Mr. Godinez, City Manager, and Ms. Jurado, Interim <br />Executive Director, Parks and Recreation. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Mr. Tinajero led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />Norma Galvan and Joyce Feuerborn addressed the Board and Council members related to <br />the Godinez Fundamental High School Joint Use Agreement. <br />1.0 Approval of Minutes of the January 29, 2018 Santa Ana Unified School District / City of <br />Santa Ana Council Joint Policy Meeting <br />Moved by Mr. Tinajero, seconded by Mr. Palacio to approve Minutes of the January 29, <br />2018 Santa Ana Unified School District / City of Santa Ana Council Joint Policy Meeting. <br />2.0 Joint -Use Agreements: <br />o Godinez Fundamental High School <br />o Other Joint -Use <br />13B-3 <br />
