Either Westminster Police committed perjury by filing a false police report or
the Orange County DA's office is complicit in enabling a Santa Ana Police Officer to become
the de facto Mayor of Santa Ana in an egregious scheme of pay to play.
Regardless of whether the DA has been criminally culpable or whether you want to pass this
off as "Politics as Usual" each of you recognize that this pay to play scheme is wrong, corrupt,
unethical and will eventually catch up with you. Are you going to clean it up or are you going
to stick your head in the sand and hope the FBI doesn't come knocking on your door?
Sincerely,
Dave Hoen
Darren Shippen
35 year residents
1
