Some <br />of us have been here for over 50 years. <br />When we arrived, the company managing Bali Hi was <br />Francis Property Management. Those at Francis <br />Property Management verbally promised us that every <br />year, the rent would only increase by approximately <br />$15.00, that is, by less than 3%.
