The company began to clean up the park this past weekend, and of course, <br />immediately start touting as if they have done so, all along.. <br />We want to draw your attention to one FAQ item in the back page, which states that The Santa Ana City <br />Council cannot stop any noticed rent increases at any mobile home park in Santa Ana. IS THIS TRUE? <br />Please ask the representative(s) of the management company, or respectively„ their WMA and MHET lobbyists <br />this important question. <br />Like you, we are highly suspicious of this kind of propaganda, and perhaps misstatement of truth, virtually <br />guaranteeing that "no one will lose thier home," that "no one will become homeless." etc. while insisting that <br />the devastating rent raise goes into effect, regardless of any circumstances. <br />Thank you very much for your consideration, and prompt attention to sort out this important matter. <br />On behalf of our resident members, crying for your help, <br />The Bali Hi Home Owners Association( <br />0 <br />
