Both AUTHORITY and MEMBER AGENCIES agree that each will cooperate <br />and coordinate with the other in all activities covered by this Agreement and any other supplemental <br />agreements that may be required to facilitate purposes thereof. The Parties agree to work diligently <br />together and In good faith, using their reasonable best efforts in the performance of this Agreement. <br />ARTICLE 3. RESPONSiBILITIES OF AUTHOR) <br />AUTHORITY agrees to the following responsibilities: <br />A. AUTHORITY will provide staffing and administrative services necessary to implement the <br />OCTAP Regulations. <br />B.
