EXHIBIT B —OUTLINE SPECIFICATIONS <br />DIVISION 2 <br />9. The system shall comply with the requirements of the tenant agency's specifications. <br />10.The State shall not be required to remove any communication equipment and/or cabling <br />described herein either during the lease term or upon termination of this lease. <br />2.15 PARKING AND PAVING <br />A. Parking areas and access from the public way shall be paved. Each parking stall shall have <br />individual, unobstructed access. All stalls shall be marked with 4" wide painted stripes using <br />white traffic -grade paint. Traffic areas shall have appropriate painted directional arrows and <br />any other graphics noted on Exhibit "A." Lessor shall furnish and install appropriate signage <br />as required by local jurisdiction. <br />1. In the eve0t that the State requests exclusive and/or secure parking all space's shall be <br />full sizeparking"stalls. - <br />B. Pavement at existing parking areas shall be free of holes, patches, divots or badly <br />weathered surface conditions.
