Base Rent commenced to accrue on June I I, 2018 in the amount of $42,506.20 per month and as more <br />particularly set forth hi Ran 4 of the Basic Lease Provisions of the Lease. <br />31 If the Commencement Date Is other than the first day of the month, the first billing will contain a pro rate <br />adjustment.
