Adoption of Resolution to Join the Orange County Housing Finance Trust
June 4, 2019
Page 6
Administrative costs for Santa Ana in FY 2020-21 are not expected to exceed $25,000, and the
costs would be proposed in the FY 2020-21 annual budget, subject to City Council's approval
and adoption of the budget.
Additionally, as the Trust becomes operational, there is a likelihood that City -supported affordable
housing projects could receive funding from the Trust. Those funds, if any, will be awarded
directly to the project developers from the Trust.
-25, A, A—
Steven A.
