Direct the City Attorney to finalize and authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the <br />Council to execute a memorandum of understanding with the Santa Ana Police Department <br />and agreements with nonprofit homeless service providers awarded funds as part of the <br />approved program for a term beginning July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 from the United <br />States Department of Housing and Urban Development, subject to non -substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />Organization <br />F/\m Nul- <br />Interval House — Emergency shelter as a result of domestic violence <br />$ 36,315 <br />Mercy House - Financial assistance for those at -risk of homelessness, rental assistance, <br />case management and housing search placement. <br />• $200,000 for the Link Emergency Shelter, $25,000 for Homeless Prevention and <br />$91,491 for Rapid Re -Housing. <br />$316,491 <br />WISEPlace — Financial assistance, case management and housing search and placement. <br />$ 31,128 <br />HEART— Outreach and engagement by SAPD. <br />$ 51,880 <br />2-1-1 Orange County — Data collection. <br />$ 20,750 <br />Total For Non -Profit Organizations <br />$456,564 <br />Administration <br />$ 37,018 <br />TOTAL <br />$493,582 <br />60D-1 <br />
