Categorical Exemption ER No. 2019-35 will be filed for <br />this project. This exemption applies to projects covered by the general rule that CEQA applies <br />only to projects that have the potential for causing a significant effect on the environment. Where <br />it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a <br />significant effect on the environment, therefore, the activity is not subject to CEQA. The activity <br />would be consistent with Final EIR No. 2006, prepared for the Transit Zoning Code (SD No. 84) <br />and certified by the City Council on June 7, 2010, through Resolution No. 2010-024. <br />75G-6 <br />
