The proposed project includes the full buildout <br />of 1,400,000 square feet of commercial, 750,000 square feet of office, 400 hotel rooms, and <br />1,900 residential units. Staff claims that the potential environmental effects of the Project have <br />been fully addressed by the 1983 Fashion Square Commercial Center Subsequent Final <br />Environmental Impact Report ("1983 EIR").
