The $571,000 fee goes directly to the San <br />Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor Agency. <br />In addition the City will be receiving over the next 25 years $14.4 million in <br />general fund revenue from this project. <br />You also noted that while previous projects in your area have paid fees and <br />created revenue, there doesn't appear to have been improvements made in <br />your neighborhood with those dollars. <br />We are sympathetic with your view that the City should earmark funds <br />generated by this project and previous projects for the long term improvement <br />of your neighborhood. <br />As far as advocacy to the City for keeping the neighborhood safe, clean and <br />beautiful, we plan to be a permanent member of the Sandpointe HOA and will <br />
