EXHIBIT "D" <br />Development Impact Fees (Estimated) <br />The estimated amount of Development Impact Fees associated with the project based upon the site plan <br />documentation submitted as part of the Project Approvals include but are not limited to the following fees <br />and deposits; applicable sewer fee, street fee, storm drain fee, traffic fee, deposits, and all applicable fees <br />associated with demolition of existing structures, drainage, site development, and construction are based <br />on actual square footage of any commercial development and number of residential units. <br />Based on the development contemplated by the Development Plans identified in Exhibit "C," the <br />Development Impact Fees are estimated at: <br />Fee <br />Estimated Total <br />Sewer <br />$5,000,000 <br />Capital Facilities Capacity Charges <br />(Orange County Sanitation District Charges) <br />$9,000,000 <br />Storm Drain <br />$440,000 <br />Traffic <br />$7,000,000 <br />Parks & Recreation <br />$8,000,000 <br />Fire Facilities Fee <br />$2,500,000 <br />Santa Ana Unified/Orange Unified School Fees <br />$10 000 000 <br />Estimated Total <br />$41,940,000 <br />
