URBAN <br />W FOOTPRIN-1 <br />• This Data Sharing Program does not obligate UrbanFootprint to make any payment or refund to the <br />Customer; the consideration provided by Urban Footprint is in the form of credits or discounts only. <br />• The Customer grants UrbanFootprint perpetual, non-exclusive use of all data shared under the Data <br />Sharing Program. <br />• UrbanFootprint may discontinue the Data Sharing Program in its sole discretion at any time. If <br />UrbanFootprint discontinues the Data Sharing Program the Customer's free -of -charge use of the <br />UrbanFootprint platform under the Data Sharing Program will end at the end of the applicable <br />annual term. <br />• The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that it has the right to provide the applicable data <br />under the terms described in this Data Sharing Program. <br />The terms and conditions of the Data Sharing Program are incorporated by reference into the <br />UrbanFootprint Product Service Agreement between the Customer and UrbanFootprint dated <br />
