URBAN <br />FOOTPRINT <br />Onboarding <br />Upon execution of this agreement the following steps will occur <br />Account Creation 1. If an account does not already exist, The City of Santa Ana will <br />provide us with an email address <br />2. We will assign a free -of -charge UrbanFootprint Civic license to the <br />designated email address <br />3. The City of Santa Ana will receive an invite email with a link to the <br />UrbanFootprint account <br />Data Share 1. We will send The City of Santa Ana a data intake form <br />Z The City of Santa Ana will fill out an entry per data set for the <br />metadata. Additionally, The City of Santa Ana will provide access to <br />each data set (URL, ftp site, CID etc) <br />3. We will review and sign -off on the data -intake form <br />4. An email notification will be sent out to The City of Santa Ana once <br />the data sets have been ingested and made available in <br />UrbanFootprint <br />Training & Orientation We will provide a I hour live training and Q&A focused on: <br />1. Creating & Managing Projects <br />2. Developing Exhibits & Maps <br />3. Analysing Existing Conditions <br />4, Exploring Alternatives with Scenarios <br />5. Understand Impacts with Planning Analytics & Reporting <br />6. Administration <br />7. Support <br />
