K Ul� 8AN (i, i-i <br />Tares and S18ri turc <br />The term of the UrbanFootprint Product Service Agreement ("Agreement") begins on the Effective <br />Date (Date of Customer Acceptance) and runs through the End Date (1 calendar year from Date of <br />Customer Acceptance). <br />The City of Santa Ana is required to complete their on -boarding within 60 days of the Effective Date <br />including the delivery of data to UrbanFootprint required under the Data Sharing Agreement. <br />UrbanFootprint reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the Data Sharing is not completed in <br />that ti meframe. <br />UrbanFootprint reserves the right to audit the usage of UrbanFootprint.
