Rousselle St. (APN <br />016-101-29) in the amount of $464,100 for the real property full acquisition <br />and $55,900 for goodwill benefits for a total of $520,000 with Alejandro and <br />Elida Rodriguez, subject to nonsubstantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney (AGMT.
