AMEND COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT TO EXTEND TERM WITH ORANGE <br />COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY FOR WESTMINSTER <br />AVENUE/17TH STREET CORRIDOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYNCHRONIZATION <br />PROJECT (PROJECT NO. 16-6869) (STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 6, 1 B) — Public <br />Works Agency <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute <br />the First Amendment of the Cooperative Agreement C-5-3589 with Orange <br />County Transportation Authority (OCTA) for the Westminster Avenue/17th <br />Street Traffic Signal Synchronization Project, to extend the term of the <br />agreement for an additional period of thirty-one (31) months through <br />December 31, 2021, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the <br />City Manager and City Attorney (AGMT. No. 2019-075). <br />25E. AMEND COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT TO EXTEND TERM WITH ORANGE <br />COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY FOR BRISTOL STREET TRAFFIC <br />SIGNAL SYNCHRONIZATION PROJECT (PROJECT NO. 15-6829) <br />{STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 6, 1 B) - Public Works Agency <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute <br />Amendment No. 2 of the cooperative agreement C-4-1882 with Orange <br />County Transportation Authority (OCTA) for the Bristol Street Traffic Signal <br />Synchronization Project, to extend the term of the agreement for an <br />additional period of twelve (12) months through May 31, 2020, subject to <br />non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney <br />(AGMT. No. 2019-076). <br />25F. APPROVE A TWO-YEAR LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH AN AUTOMATIC <br />MONTHLY RENEWAL FOR AN ADDITIONAL THREE YEARS FOR $561,200 <br />WITH DYER BUSINESS PARK, LLC FOR THEIR USE OF REAL PROPERTY <br />OWNED BY THE CITY AT THE EASTERN TERMINUS OF EAST ALTON <br />AVENUE / SOUTH STANDARD AVENUE PARCEL {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 3) <br />— Public Works Agency <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute a <br />license agreement with Dyer Business Park, LLC, for a monthly license fee <br />of $9,200, for use of real property owned by the City at the eastern terminus <br />of Alton Avenue between Standard Avenue and the SR-55 Freeway, for a <br />two-year term commencing on May 22, 2019, and expiring May 21, 2021, <br />which will automatically renew month to month thereafter for an additional <br />three years, for a maximum of $561,200, subject to nonsubstantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. The revenue will be <br />deposited into the Select Street Construction — Gas Tax, Rental of Property <br />revenue account (AGMT.
