5. Patrol Guards shall monitor parks use for compliance with all posted rules and <br />ordinances, requesting visitors to comply. Patrol Guards shall inspect park <br />restrooms; walk through community centers, pool areas, playground areas, <br />parking lots, sport field areas, tennis court facilities, basketball and volleyball <br />courts, skate parks, bike trails, archery range, nature center, clubhouses, and <br />any other amenities within assigned areas. In the event there continues to be <br />lack of compliance, Patrol Guards shall contact the Santa Ana Police Department <br />to address situations they are unable to handle. <br />6. Patrol Guards shall not have the ability to issue citations on behalf of the City of <br />Santa Ana. <br />7. The expectation of Patrol Guards is to patrol continually to deter vandalism, theft, <br />illegal activities, and noise ordinance violations, parking violations, non -approved <br />use of park, break-ins to site facilities, and loitering in the park after closed. <br />8. Patrol Guards shall use My Santa Ana app for any maintenance related concerns <br />(i.e. graffiti removal) and/or note items on the daily log. <br />9. Patrol Guards shall lock and/or unlock designated parking lot gates and <br />restrooms daily during their shifts. <br />10.Assigned Patrol Guards shall immediately restrict access and report any health <br />and/or safety issues immediately to the designated city contact via email no later <br />than 8:00 am the following morning. <br />D. Patrol Guard Vehicles <br />1. Contractor shall provide vehicles used by Patrol Guards. <br />Contractors should not transport any residents in their vehicles while performing <br />services pursuant to this Agreement. <br />3. Contractors shall obey all traffic laws while using their vehicles to provide <br />services pursuant to this Agreement. <br />E. Post Orders and Operating Procedures <br />1. Pursuant to the original Agreement between the parties (Exhibit A, paragraph 9 <br />entitled 'Post Orders (Duties) and Operating Procedures) the Contractor will work <br />with Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency staff to establish a <br />60B-12 <br />
