Agreement will address issues such as drainage, reciprocal access, <br />landscaping and maintenance that will be recorded prior to approval of the <br />final map. <br />C. The existing buildings on the project site were constructed in <br />compliance with applicable city standards at the time of construction. All <br />anticipated new construction or building expansions will be subject to the <br />development standards in the proposed Specific Plan No. 4 (Ordinance NS- <br />2966). Any future development will comply with the provisions of the Santa <br />Ana Municipal Code and Specific Plan No. 4. <br />D. The design or improvements of the proposed project will not conflict with the <br />easements necessary for public access through or use of the property within <br />the proposed project. <br />The designs or improvements associated with approval of the tentative parcel <br />map will not conflict with easements necessary for public access through or <br />use of the property within the proposed project.
