Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP) <br />Mainplace Mall Specific Plan <br />Street trees (canopy interception): Canopy coverage is proposed on -site. <br />Residential rain barrels (not actively managed): This does not apply to large commercial sites. <br />Green roofs/ Brown roofs: Green roofs are not proposed due to cost and maintenance concerns <br />and the and environment of Southern California that does not lend itself to their use. <br />Blue roofs: Blue roofs have limited use in commercial architecture. <br />Impervious area reduction (e.g. permeable pavers, site design): Due to the overall site density, <br />impervious area reduction is not proposed. Infiltration will be used, where feasible, in lieu of <br />impervious area reduction. <br />When individual projects with precise site plans are proposed, the HSCs will be depicted on the <br />individual project applications. <br />Centennial Section IV <br />Conceptual Specific Plan WQMP Page 23 <br />
