In addition, based on review <br />of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Flood Insurance Rate <br />Map (FIRM) for the project site and immediately surrounding area is located <br />within a zone designated as Zone X, or an area with reduced flood risk due to <br />levee (FEMA, 2009).
