Idexx Labs Agreement —Exhibit A <br />Scope of Services <br />The Consultant shall: <br />• Retain samples for a minimum of eight days before disposal. <br />• Furnish pick-up of samples from the Santa Ana Zoo as needed on an "on call' basis. The <br />contractor is not required to furnish pick-up on Sunday. <br />• Furnish laboratory supplies for sample submission. <br />• Fax a hard copy of all laboratory results to the Santa Ana Zoo at 714-953-7401 <br />• Adhere to the guidelines established by the College of American Pathologists Commission on <br />Laboratory Accreditation "Standards for Laboratory Accreditation.° <br />• Turnaround time for CBC and Blood Chemistry Profiles must be within 24 hours for weekday <br />pick-ups and no later than 6 hours after delivery to the contractor. Final results for samples <br />picked up Saturday or Sunday must be available no later than 5 p.m. the next business day. <br />
