Carvalho <br />ACTING CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br />Norma Mitre -Ramirez <br />Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of Agreement No. A-2018-030, entered into by MDG Associates, Inc., <br />and the City of Santa Ana, dated February 20, 2018, the parties opted on June 5, 2018, to extend the <br />Agreement until June 30, 2019. The parties, by operation of this letter, choose to exercise their second <br />and final option to extend the time period of said Agreement for an additional one (1) year period until <br />June 30, 2020, The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this <br />extension.
