CODE ¢ 6103 <br />RELEASE OF LIEN FOR PAYMENT OF DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES <br />The City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California, <br />does hereby release that certain real property, as further described in Exhibit I attached to this Release, <br />from the lien for payment of certain development impact fees as created by the Development Impact <br />Fee Deferral Agreement entered into on February 10, 2015, by and between the City of Santa Ana and <br />1901 FIRST STREEET OWNER, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, which was recorded on <br />February 18, 2015, as Document No, 2015000084855, Official Records of the County of Orange, <br />California ("Agreement'). <br />This release pertains only to the property described above and does not extend to any other <br />propert(ies) identified in the Agreement.
