DEVELOPMENT PLAN 1 2 <br />The inner circulation element providing access to the existing mall <br />building is a private loop drive and entry drives. In its developed <br />configuration, this private drive will largely be retained, with <br />modifications as shown on Figure 2-10, Circulation Plan. Realignment <br />or elimination of secondary entryways into the internal loop road and <br />reconfiguration of portions of the internal loop road or existing trash <br />and loading facilities may occur as part of individual development <br />projects. The internal loop road will range in width based on adjacent <br />building height and fire code requirements. As part of future <br />development projects, perpendicular, parallel, or angled parking may <br />be provided.
