Pubi c TrahZ,1L <br />OCTA has three bus lines on Main Street, including local route 53, <br />53x, and 83, and Metrolink Stationlink Route 453 (Orange <br />Transportation Center -St. Joseph's Hospital). An existing public <br />transit stop is present on Main Street on the project frontage that will <br />continue to serve the Specific Plan area. <br />Pick-up/Drop-off Areas <br />With the rise in use of rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft, it is <br />increasingly important to designate areas for quick and efficient pick - <br />off and drop-off of passengers. Such areas will be provided at the <br />major entries to the mall. <br />Infrastructure and Public Facilities <br />This Specific Plan describes a variety of public facilities and services <br />intended to support and serve the needs of the Plan Area residents, <br />visitors, and workforce. Services include: water, sewer, storm <br />drainage and Water Quality, solid waste disposal, fire and police <br />protection, schools, and utilities. Existing infrastructure is provided to <br />the Specific Plan area, as shown in Table 2-3, Service Providers. <br />The existing water, sewer, electrical, gas, communications, and storm <br />drainage utilities are located in public utility easements throughout <br />the Specific Plan area and in adjacent public streets. Demolition and <br />re-routing of some existing utilities will be required as part of Plan <br />implementation.
