TTT <br />There are several Charter schools located near the Specific Plan <br />area. <br />R. Orange Unified School District <br />The Orange Unified School District boundary encompasses the <br />northern portion of the Specific Plan area. OUSD provided K-12 <br />services within the City of Orange and a small area of Santa Ana. The <br />schools which would serve residential units within the Specific Plan <br />area include: <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN 1 2 <br />West Orange Elementary School <br />Portola Middle School <br />Orange High School <br />Developers of residential, commercial and/or hotel development will <br />pay statutory school fees. <br />MAINPLACE SPECIFIC PLAN 1 2-29 <br />
