Councilmember Penaloza spoke. <br />Assistant City Attorney John Funk spoke. <br />Councilmember Solorio spoke. <br />Councilmember Sarmiento, called for the question and directed staff to ensure <br />recovery of staff and attorney costs. <br />Assistant City Attorney John Funk spoke. <br />Mayor Pro Tern Villegas spoke. <br />AMENDED MOTION: Approve with stipulation to ensure additional fees <br />and costs are recovered; and authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute a purchase and sale agreement with Eugen Charles <br />Andres III and Ann Avery Andres, Trustees of the Andres 1986 Living Trust <br />and Successor Trustees Thereto, for the sale of City -owned property <br />located at 2501 North Flower Street (APN 002-020-37) in the amount of <br />$4,000, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager <br />and City Attorney.
