1. The following is added to Section II of the Agreement: <br /> H. Hire a contractor and administer the contract on behalf City to <br /> demolition buildings of projects on fast track as directed by City. <br /> 2. The second sentence of Section VII of the Agreement is amended to read <br /> as follows: "The total amount of compensation paid to Consultant under this <br /> Agreement shall not exceed Two Hundred and Sixty-five thousand dollars <br /> ($265,000)." <br /> 3. Notification to City of Section XIX of the Agreement is amended to read <br /> as follows: <br /> City of Santa Ana <br /> Public Works Agency <br /> Attn: Souri Amirani <br /> 101 W. 4th Street <br /> Santa Ana, CA 92702 <br /> 4.
