Community Benefits Plan
Kiki Greens DBA Protected Transport Services Santa Ana Community Benefits Plan
is a culmination of philanthropy efforts I have always wanted to bring into the city
where I work. With cannabis becoming a multibillion -dollar industry, this will give
us as an organization the platform to volunteer, donate, and become true partner of
this community.
Community Concerns
As it is with any other city, Santa Ana faces issues that affect the residents. We
would like to begin our focus with children, as they are the future of this community
and secondarily with animals and animal shelters. We feel that these are two of the
lesser protected classes and would like to assist in any way possible. Kiki Greens is
dedicated to improving and contributing to the city that is allowing us to operate.
Although our efforts will begin here, we will continue to expand our involvement
with the city.
Hiring within Santa Ana
Priority hiring will be given to Santa Ana residents
o Our General Manager of our company had been a resident of Santa Ana
from 1982 — 2018 and has deep roots in this city
Minimum pay for all employees will be $18.00 (and will consistently remain at
least one and a half times the state minimum wage throughout the life of the
corporation)
Economic Advantages to Santa Ana
Creating jobs for Santa Ana residents
Generating revenue for the city
General boost in economy, which will create a financial domino effect
Philanthropy and Volunteerism
Boys and Girls Club
o Partner up with the Boys and Girls Club of Santa Ana to volunteer and
donate. We have reached out to Travis Whitten of the Boys and Girls Club
and are in the process of scheduling exact hours.
o Donate a minimum of 10 volunteer hours monthly (we only have two
employees to begin with and this will increase as we add more employees)
OC Animal Care (Santa Ana office) — This organization has multiple ways for us
to assist: donation, volunteer hours, hosting drives, attending community events,
participating in shelter events, finding homes for pets, etc
o We will donate a minimum of 2% net corporate proceeds
