TASK 5-F: PROFESSIONAL SERVICES STAFFING <br />Objective: <br />Provide professional staffing through Officer John Reed for education -based outreach such as <br />school assemblies, after -school programs and other similar activities supporting the ROC <br />campaign. <br />Task Description: <br />Officer Reed leads all staffing for school assemblies and other education -based programming. <br />This includes staffing a minimum of two dozen elementary school assembly programs based <br />on an annual events calendar coordinated, booked and administered by the Westbound team. <br />This task covers both professional services fees and out of pocket costs for expenses such as <br />mileage and materials. <br />Responsibilities: <br />WBC shall: <br />a. Develop the initiative and seek plan approval from the Santa Ana Project Manager in <br />alignment with the ROC Steering Committee <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Approve plan and activities <br />Completion Criteria: <br />Services and costs under this task, since they are professional services, are invoiced monthly <br />as accrued by Officer Reed. Detailed time sheets and expense reports will be submitted with <br />all invoices. Completion of all assignments under this contract will occur by May 2020. <br />TASK 6: COMMUNITY i£ CITIZENS OUTREACH <br />Objective: <br />Develop and implement ongoing community and citizens' outreach at targeted community, <br />emergency preparedness, faith -based and other designated events and/or presentation <br />venues, seeking to reach and engage with hundreds of thousands of citizens and community <br />members. <br />Task Description: <br />See sub -tasks for specifics. <br />Responsibilities: <br />See sub -tasks for specifics. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete when all budgeted sub -tasks have been completed in their <br />respective entirety. <br />18 <br />25B-22 <br />
