Approve materials <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete upon the order or delivery of the promotional materials, given <br />requirements in some instances for upfront payment, and when the Santa Ana Project <br />Manager signs the task completion letter. Completion is planned to occur by November 2019. <br />TASK 11: MOBILE APP DEVELOPMENT <br />Objective: <br />Complete the full revamp of the campaign mobile app for both iOS and Google Play. <br />Task Description: <br />Process second and final installment for the complete revamp of the ReadyOC mobile app, as <br />approved by the SAPD under the previous year's scope of work. <br />a. Work with app developer to ensure the successful public launch of the app. <br />b. Submit second and final installment for the mobile app. <br />Responsibilities: <br />WBC shall: <br />a. Execute testing of the mobile app and oversee public launch. <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Assist with app launch as necessary <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete upon the launch of the new mobile app and when the Santa <br />Ana Project Manager signs the task completion letter.
