Joint Powers Authority Agreement <br />b. Resolution for approval of the Joint Powers Agreement <br />c. Resolution to join the ICRMA liability program <br />d. Resolution to join the ICRMA workers' compensation program <br />e. Resolution to join the ICRMA property/Auto Physical Damage program <br />f. Resolution to provide blanket crime coverage <br />g. Resolution appointing Board Members <br />2. Approve payment of insurance premiums to Independent Cities Risk Management Authority <br />(ICRMA) for excess liability and workers' compensation, property, auto, and other coverages <br />for protection of City's assets. <br />a. Approve the City's membership in Independent Cities Risk Management Authority's <br />Excess Pool Liability Program from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 with member <br />contribution not to exceed $2,300,000. <br />b. Approve the City's membership in Independent Cities Risk Management Authority's <br />Excess Pool Workers' Compensation Program from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 <br />with member contribution not to exceed $612,000. <br />c. Approve the City's participation in Independent Cities Risk Management Authority's <br />Property & Equipment Program from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 at an estimated <br />premium not to exceed $360,000. <br />d. Approve the City's participation in Independent Cities Risk Management Authority's <br />Auto Physical Damage Program from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 at an estimated <br />premium not to exceed $71,000. <br />55E-1 <br />
