Appropriation Adjustment and CIP Amendment for <br />C-5-F Channel Repair Project <br />July 2, 2019 <br />Page 2 <br />resources and technology to extend the service life of existing infrastructure to protect the City's investment <br />and support a high quality of life standard), and Strategy G (develop and implement the City's Capital <br />Improvement Program in coordination with the Community Investment Plan - e.g., neighborhood streets, <br />traffic improvements, etc.). <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the recommended actions are exempt from <br />further review. Categorical Exemption Environmental Review No. ER-2019-48 was filed for the project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />If approved, the appropriation adjustment will recognize funds as follows: $99,617 in FEMA Disaster <br />Assistance grant funds in the Emergency and Health Grants revenue account (No. 12217002-52001) and <br />$27,394 in Cal OES Disaster Assistance grant funds in the Emergency and Health Grants revenue account <br />(No. 12217002-52025), and appropriate the total amount of $127,011 into the FEMA/OES Disaster <br />Assistance expenditure account (No. 12217331-66220).
