The Sub -Grantee <br />shall comply with all <br />conditions of the required <br />permit. All coordination <br />pertaining to these activities <br />shall be documented and <br />copies forwarded to the <br />California Office of <br />Emergency Services and <br />the FEMA Public <br />Assistance Program as part <br />of the permanent project <br />files. <br />This project is to take place <br />in or near waters of the <br />USA, the Sufi -Grantee is <br />required to contact the US <br />Army Corps of Engineers <br />(USAGE) to determine and <br />obtain documentation on <br />whether project activities <br />require a USACE permit <br />under Section 404 of the <br />EHP Review <br />Other (EHP) <br />Clean Water Act <br />Cl <br />Clean(CWA <br />Clean Water Act (CWA).
