<br />HE-4.2 Family Housing. Facilitate and encourage the development of larger rental

<br />and the provision of childcare, after -school care, and other services when feasible.
<br />HE-4.3 Housing for Disabled People. Support the development of permanent,

<br />affordable, and accessible housing that allows people with disabilities to live
<br />independent lives, and assist them in maintaining and repairing their homes.

<br />disabled people, homeless people, families, veterans, and people with medical
<br />conditions.
