Washington Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92701, (APNs 398-092-13 and 398-092-14), subject <br />to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority and the Recording Secretary to execute <br />a pre -commitment letter with The Related Companies of California ('Related") and A Community <br />of Friends ("ACOF") as the service provider to enter into negotiations for a sixty-two (62) year <br />ground -lease of 1126 E. Washington Ave for the development of the Crossroads at Washington <br />affordable housing project located at 1126 and 1146 E. Washington Avenue, Santa Ana, CA <br />92701, (APNs 398-092-13 and 398-092-14), subject to non -substantive changes approved by <br />the Executive Director of the Housing Authority and Authority General Counsel. <br />
