APPROVE A DENSITY BONUS AGREEMENT TO ALLOW A 552 UNIT <br />AFFORDABLE RENTAL PROJECT AT 2110, 2114, AND 2020 EAST FIRST <br />STREET {STRATEGIC PLAN NOS. 3, 2; 5, 3} — Community Development <br />Agency; and Planning and Building Agency <br />Continued from the May 7, 2019 City Council meeting by a vote of 6-0 and May <br />21, 2019 City Council meeting by a vote 5-0 (Pulido absent). <br />Planning Commission approved recommended action on June 4, 2018 by a vote <br />of 4-1 (Bacerra dissented). <br />Matter continued pending receipt of additional information at the request of <br />staff. <br />60C.
