My business <br />0 0-(J(24'ya��located at <br />The Planning Commission <br />recently approved zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2U9 03, which provided for <br />amendments to certain development and design standards in the Specific Development SD-84. Since SD-84 was adopted in 201 U, no Transit Zoning Code <br />development has occurred in the downtown district. This Amendment significant <br />to streamline the development requirements in the downtown area is what is needed <br />developers to move forward with mixed use projects. <br />which will allow <br />It is my understanding the City Council will review this item at the July 2, 2019 hearing, <br />I strongly urge your support of this Amendment, <br />Sincerely, <br />
