The Planning Commission <br />recently approved Zoning (7 dunce Amendment No. 209-03, whiah provided far <br />amendments to certain development and design standards in the Transit Zoning Code <br />Specific Development S©-84. Sinc;e SD-84 was adopted in 2010, no significant <br />development has occurred in the downtown district. This Amendment is what is needed <br />to streamline the development requirements in the downtown area which will developers allow <br />to move forward with mixed use projects. <br />is my understanding the City Council will review this item at the July 2, 2019 hearing, <br />strongly urge your support of this Amendment. <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br /> <br />
