<br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the
<br />Council to execute an agreement with Econolite Systems, Inc., to provide traffic
<br />signal system maintenance services, for a three-year period beginning July 2, 2019,
<br />and expiring July 1, 2022, with provision for two one-year extensions exercisable by
<br />the City Manager and City Attorney, in an amount not to exceed $675,000 annually,
<br />to be paid with Special Gas Tax funds, subject to non-substantive changes approved
<br />by the City Manager and City Attorney (AGMT. No. 2019-XXX).

<br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the
<br />Council to execute an agreement with Griswold Industries dba Cla-Val to provide
<br />flow control valve maintenance, rehabilitation, and replacement services, for a three-
<br />year period commencing July 2, 2019, and expiring July 1, 2022, with provision for
<br />one 2-year renewal option exercisable by the City Manager and City Attorney, for
<br />$100,000 annually, in a total amount not to exceed $500,000 paid from the Water
<br />Utility Water Production & Supply Fund, for the term of the agreement, subject to
<br />non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (AGMT.
<br />No. 2019-XXX).

<br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the
<br />Council to execute an agreement with Landscape West Management Services, Inc.,
<br />for Right-of-Way and Median Landscape Maintenance Services, for the two-year
<br />period beginning July 2, 2019, and expiring on June 30, 2021, with a provision for
<br />two, two-year renewal options exercisable by the City Manager and City Attorney, in
<br />an amount of $700,000 with a 10% contingency of $70,000 for a total amount not to
<br />exceed $770,000, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager
<br />and City Attorney. The agreement will be paid with Special Gas Tax Funds
<br />(AGMT. No. 2019-XXX).
