Section 3. That the City acknowledges and agrees to abide by all of the terms <br />and conditions of the Independent Cities Risk Management Authority's Joint Powers <br />Agreement, Bylaws, and the Underwriting and Administration Manual regarding the <br />programs in which the City participates. <br />Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adopting by the <br />City Council and the Clerk of Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting this <br />Resolution. <br />Section 5.
