1. Approve a renewal of the Fiscal Year 2019 - 2020 Emergency Solutions <br />Grants Program in the amount of $493,582 from the United States <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development. <br />2. Direct the City Attorney to finalize and authorize the City Manager and <br />the Clerk of the Council to execute a memorandum of understanding <br />with the Santa Ana Police Department and agreements with nonprofit <br />homeless service providers awarded funds as part of the approved <br />program for a term beginning July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 from <br />the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, <br />subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and <br />City Attorney (AGMT.
