<br />the industry as an ADA design specialist. His proactive approach is carried out seamlessly through project
<br />management, engineering design development, and construction support services to public agencies
<br />throughout Southern California and he has a proven track record In providing innovative, cost -saving, and
<br />sustainable solutions (such as alternative pavement rehabilitation methods, Including full depth reclamation and
<br />cold -in -place -recycling) on numerous street improvement projects for major arterials and residential streets,
