GHAZALA KHAN, MSC, MBA <br />Project Principal <br />Summary of Experience <br />Ms. Khan has been directly involved in providing Program <br />Management and Construction Management Support Services to <br />municipal clients for over 29 years. These services have typically <br />covered all aspects of construction contract administration for timely <br />and successful project delivery. As such her experience includes: <br />quality control inspection, cost and schedule control, document <br />management, change order estimates and negotiations, claim <br />resolutions, partnering/teambuilding workshops, interagency <br />coordination liaison, community outreach, and dispute resolution. <br />Ms. Khan is currently working as principal -in -charge for Construction <br />Management and Inspection services to the Inland Empire Utilities <br />Agency which includes providing in providing Construction Managers, <br />Inspectors and Engineers for managing construction of CIP projects at <br />RP4 and RP1. She is also providing asset planning and management, <br />asset valuations, Infrastructure condition assessments, and business <br />process improvements for Los Angeles Department of Water and <br />Power. Ms. Khan was also the project manager for City of San Diego, <br />Water Department that includes developing asset hierarchies, updating <br />asset inventories, creating comprehensive asset registers, determining <br />asset criticality and establishing asset replacement values. <br />Relevant Project Experience: <br />• Inland Empire Utilities Agency: Construction Management Services which includes their RP-4, RP- <br />1 facilities including pump stations, reservoirs, and several pipelines located in the agency's <br />jurisdiction. <br />■ Eastern Municipal Water District: Project Management and support services for the Engineering <br />Department. <br />• City of Brea: Construction Management and Inspection Services for Reservoir, Pump Station, street <br />rehabilitation and development work. <br />• City of Downey: Construction Management and Inspection services for street rehabilitation, Traffic <br />Signal update, water system improvements and new construction. <br />• La Canada Flintridge: Inspection services for street and utility improvements throughout the City. <br />• City of Glendale: Construction Management and Inspection services for street rehabilitation and <br />traffic signal updates including installation of fiber optic cameras throughout the City. <br />■ City of South Pasadena: Construction Management and Inspection services for Water, Sewer, street <br />including Curb/Gutter and Sidewalk projects. <br />■ City of Bradbury: Asset inventory, condition assessment, asset valuations and replacement <br />planning, and interdepartmental coordination related to GASB 34 compliance work. <br />■ City of Pico Rivera: Principal -in -Charge for several Construction and Inspection services for <br />Infrastructure projects. In addition provided engineering staff augmentation for Water Department, <br />Engineering Department and Maintenance Department. <br />■ City of Lancaster: Project Management and Inspection services for City wide Projects including <br />Street Rehabilitation, Development projects and Traffic Signal updates. <br />■ City of Whittier: Construction Management Services for several water and sewer pipeline projects, <br />Construction Management Services for replacement of water pipeline projects. <br />4 1 P a g e <br />25F-156 <br />
