He has a broad <br />knowledge of municipal government operations, including preparation and <br />presentation of staff reports/resolutions to city councils, committees and <br />interaction with public, various city departments, city council and other <br />governmental agencies. <br />He has managed full-time staffing levels of up to 123, and served as the <br />responsible in charge of numerous multi -disciplinary teams dealing with <br />the business of public works including: <br />• Capital Improvement Program project management and delivery <br />• Real Property/Right of Way acquisition and management <br />• Traffic and Transportation engineering <br />• Private Development/Entitlement process review and approval <br />• Maintenance and Operations including roads, stone drains, sewers, <br />parks, facilities, traffic signals, signs/striping, fleet <br />• Special Districts, Landscape/Lighting Assessment <br />• Electric Utility <br />• Participation in Economic Development/Job Creation incentives <br />through effective infrastructure improvements <br />Mr. Ansari served at senior executive management staff at several <br />municipalities in Southern California. Most recently, he managed the <br />Orange County Public Works' 7-year Capital Improvement Program <br />comprised of roads, flood and bikeway improvement projects throughout <br />the County. He has a broad knowledge of local government operations, <br />including preparation and presentation of agenda reports to advisory <br />boards, commissions and city councils. He is well versed in public <br />outreach and interaction with citizenry groups, committees and <br />stakeholders. Mr. Ansari has excellent working relationship and rapport <br />with regional and sub -regional govemmentallregulatory agencies.
