44 Project <br />Partners <br />City of Anaheim <br />CITYOFSANTAANA <br />PROPOSAL FOR'ENGI N EERING, TECHNICAL AND ADMINSTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES <br />Like most cities, Anaheim was hit by the converging factors of reduced <br />engineering staff from retirements and hiring restrictions from pension <br />concerns. To address Public Works and Water Utility needs, Anaheim turned <br />to, Project Partners to provide PM/CM and other Civil Engineering Services'. <br />With bill rates a fraction of most consultants, Project Partners supported <br />multiple areas within both departments as shown below.
