<br />ROADWAYS 8 MUNICIPAL PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />of Campton, Compton, CA, 2015 —
<br />Protect Manager and Pavement Engineer for the reconstruction of Central
<br />Avenue from 131st Street to Compton Boulevard to address roadway
<br />(APWA) rehabilitation needs in an expedited manner. The project consisted of two
<br />s (SAVE) segments: Segment 1 from 131st Street to Rosecrans Avenue and Segment 2
<br />from Rosecrans Avenue to Compton Boulevard. An innovative low impact
<br />development (LID) approach was selected for the pavement rehabilitation
<br />(SAME) ! consisting of 2-Inch ARHM over 4-Inch in -situ recycled asphalt (Cold Central Plant
<br />(Rn50) Depth Reclamation (FDR). Ninety percent of the proposed structural section was
<br />recycled from the existing road materials with no material hauled out from the
<br />project.
<br />San Gabriel Boulevard Rehabilitation, Mission Drive to Las Tunas Drive, City of
<br />San Gabriel, San Gabriel, CA, 2010—Project Manager and Construction Manager
<br />for the 1.5-mile rehabilitation of San Gabriel Boulevard In the heart of the City of
<br />San Gabriel. The project Included rehabilitation of pavement using the cost
<br />� saving method of Full Depth Reclamation (FOR) with the construction cost of
<br />approximately $1.41M. Project included pavement rehabilitation and
<br />reconstruction, reconstruction of centerline to increase cross fall and to Improve
<br />crass drainage, curb, gutter and sidewalk repair, addition of gutter plate where
<br />i missing, addition of cross gutters where missing or nonfunction(ng, addition
<br />and/or upgrading of curb ramp and reconstruction of damaged driveway aprons.
<br />The project design Included water quality green feature such as permeable
<br />concrete gutters.
<br />Maple Avenue Roadway Rehabilitation Project, City of El Segundo, El Segundo,
<br />CA, 2012 — Protect Manager responsible for the preparation of plans,
<br />specifications, and estimate (PS&E) and management of the design staff, survey
<br />crews and sub consultants; Landscape Architect, and Geotechnical. Kamran
<br />performed QA/QC, prepared project specifications and cost estimates, and
<br />coordinated the project with various City departments (Water, Planning,
<br />Maintenance, landscaping, and sewer). The main objectives of the project were
<br />rehabilitation of existing pavement, extensive drainage improvements,
