Adopt a resolution approving Environmental Review No. 2017-140 (adopting a Mitigated <br />Negative Declaration (MND) and a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP)). <br />3. Introduce and approve the first reading of an Ordinance approving Amendment Application <br />No. 2019-02 to change the zoning designations of the properties located at 1904, 1910 and <br />1916 West First Street and 1901 West Walnut Street from Light Industrial (M1) to General <br />Commercial (C2) and 2002 West First Street from Community Commercial (Cl) to C2. <br />75B-1 <br />
